Prior to his appointment as CEO, Sushant served as the Sales Manager for India at Ecopack India, where he played a pivotal role in driving brand promotion, developing marketing strategies, and expanding into new markets. His deep understanding of the organization and its goals makes him the ideal candidate to lead Ecopack India into its next phase of growth.
In his previous role as Plant Manager, Sushant was responsible for overseeing all daily operations, including production, manufacturing, and compliance with policies and procedures. He implemented processes that prioritized safety, quality, productivity, and environmental stewardship. Under his leadership, production output increased, assets capacity expanded, and quality standards were maintained.
As Sales Manager, Sushant spearheaded efforts to monitor overall sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with Ecopack India’s objectives. His keen insights and strategic approach were instrumental in driving brand success and market expansion.
With his in-depth knowledge of the industry and unwavering commitment to excellence, Sushant is poised to lead Ecopack India towards greater heights.
