Plumcake
Born as a mould for the typical sweet of Anglo-Saxon origin, the plum cake lends itself to many other recipes. Also available in the silicone version, for greater detachment of the product.
Features
The moulds for plumcake Ecopack are made with high-precision automatic lines, which allow obtaining a minimum tolerance in size, making the moulds suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines.
The vertical band is made with corrugated paper, anti-grease, non - stick and approved for contact with food.
The bottom is made with corrugated, non-stick, micro-perforated paper approved for contact with food.
The ink used for printing resists temperature and the spray of preservatives.
The loaf pans are self-supporting, they do not require metal trays for cooking.
